INTWORKS uses the Microsoft ecosystem for business-critical delivery where stability, supportability and enterprise governance matter. That includes .NET applications, SQL-backed data platforms, identity-aware architecture and DevOps practices that give teams a clear route from development to production.
Application architecture is selected around the needs of the product, not fashion. We use modern web frameworks, source control, containerisation and automated deployment where they improve reliability, maintainability and speed of delivery.
Healthcare systems rarely exist in isolation. INTWORKS works with clinical messaging, FHIR-based APIs, NHS-facing services and integration engines to help information move safely between the systems that need it.
